Key points to notes:

Should clients wish to change they need to advise us before 2pm on the 24th July 2014. No extensions will be permitted after this deadline.
We have been advised by the airline that refunds can take up to 8 weeks to be processed however the airline will be making every effort to process refunds in the shortest time possible.
The waiver for full refund only applies for travel that was ticketed to commence between 18th July and 31st December 2014 only. All travel outside of these dates will have the applicable fare rule applied i.e. cancellation and amendment fees will apply.
For clients who wish to book travel on other carriers the full amount of the new airfare will need to be paid as there no arrangement for money to be transferred between airlines.

Please also be advised that any new fares may be at a significantly higher cost than the purchase price of your original airfare.
